Mechanism Of Action Rhubarb extract, which contains anthraquinone glycosides, has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Salicylic acid has bacteriostatic and keratolytic effects
INDICATIONS RAWAND solution is used for the local treatment of the inflammatory lesions limited to the oral mucous membrane and local treatment of the mouth ulcers
CONTRAINDICATIONS RAWAND solution is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to salicylates. It is also contraindicated in children of less than 6 years old.
Side EFFECTS Hypersensitivity to salicylic acid, and a possibility of teeth colouring, reversible with the stop of the treatment
WARNINGS Because of the presence of alcohol, RAWAND solution is recommended to be used in adults and the children of more than 6 years only.
Dosage And Administration Apply the solution to the sore areas of the mouth, by the brush (joined to the bottle), 2-4 times daily. Avoid mouth rinsing after use.
