Pharmacological properties and mechanism of action:

Mebendazole is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic. It appears to affect cytoplasmic microtubules
of the endothelial or intestinal cells of parasitic worms, which leads to blocking the transport of secreted vesicles. This can lead to disruption of membrane coverage
This is followed by a decrease in digestion and absorption of nutrients such as glucose, thus depleting energy levels until they become insufficient for life.

Indications:

Canazol is used to treat single and mixed helminth infestations caused by pre-existing conditions:

Contraindications:

Canazole should not be used in people who show symptoms of hypersensitivity to the compound or to any of the pimiridazole derivatives.

Canazol should not be given during pregnancy.
